We have the resource and experience to deal with complicated land acquisition programmes and development projects and are currently advising numerous Landowners and Developers including Lidl Great Britain, Opus North, Fiera Capital, and Norwood in both a Development Consultancy and Agency capacity, actively promoting sites in conjunction with appointed professional teams throughout the planning process. We have recently acted for Lidl Great Britain in the development of schemes in the Leeds neighbourhoods of Stanningley and Garforth, securing third party deals with Home Bargain, Marstons, Heron Foods, Greggs, Card factory and numerous other operators and are advising on several other foodstore anchored schemes throughout the region which are at various stages through the planning process. We are currently actively seeking sites throughout the region from 1 acre upwards on behalf of a variety of occupiers and developers.
